CANCELLATION POLICY — NOIRÉ
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or a try before you buy purchase. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. Please note that all exchange and refund matters are governed by our Exchange & Refund Policy. NOIRÉ does not offer standard returns or refunds except in cases of courier-verified damage supported by an unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation email contains a link to manage your subscription directly. For any exchange queries related to subscription orders, please refer to our Exchange & Refund Policy or contact us at noireretail@gmail.com.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is out of stock or not yet available. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Any post-fulfillment issues will be handled strictly in accordance with our Exchange & Refund Policy. No refunds will be issued unless the item arrives damaged due to courier mishandling, supported by an unboxing video recorded at the time of receiving the parcel.
Try Before You Buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a specified time period to decide if you wish to keep the item.
If you choose not to keep the item, it must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Once the time period has passed, your payment method will be charged for the full amount and the item will be considered a confirmed purchase, subject to our standard Exchange & Refund Policy.
Please note that our internal team will inspect all items upon return. If the item is found to be worn, used, or damaged by the customer, we reserve the right to reject the return and proceed with the full charge. This decision rests solely with our internal team and is final.
