REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Window We have a 5-day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. No refunds are offered except in the specific case of courier-damaged items (see below).

Eligibility for Exchange To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, contact us at noireretail@gmail.com. Please note that items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages & Courier Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If you believe your item was damaged in transit by the courier, you must provide a video of the parcel being opened at the time of delivery as proof. This is the only circumstance under which a refund will be considered. Damage claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

Quality Assessment All returned or exchanged items are subject to inspection by our internal team. If the item is found to be worn, used, or damaged by the customer, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange. This decision rests solely with our internal team and is final.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized orders

Exchanges Process To exchange an item, return it within 5 days and once accepted, place a separate purchase for the new item.
